First and foremost Jerome and his crew made my realtor experience palatable and comfortable. Jerome himself has a great bedside manner while dealing with a client with significant disabilities and without a computer to better address files that needed to be navigated. I like the extra hand holding and precise explanations about things as they emerged . Typically, I was fully aware of any person sending me paperwork ahead of time and when in doubt I always asked who said person was before I did anything. He set up the groundwork and what the asking price was going to be and we didn’t go below that initial number and actually exceeded it. I’m pleased with the outcome of my closing and how I was represented during the process in my absence.
